At Fidens Lawyers, we understand the cost of private representation can be prohibitively expensive. That is why we aim to provide fixed-fee cost disclosures, and flexible payment arrangements wherever possible. 

From as early as your initial consultation, we will clearly explain your options to you and the costs associated with each. We will prepare and send a letter of engagement and cost disclosure via LawConnect which allows for convenient, fast review and electronic acceptance. 

You will then have access to our online portal to make secure online payments via Credit Card, bPay or EFT transfer. Whether you are paying in full, or via instalments your funds will be receipted automatically for your convenience. 

In some instances, your defence may be funded by Legal Aid with a practitioner of your choosing. The first step is to contact our office with as much information as possible to discuss all options available to you.
